Artist Biography:
Ken Christensen is a classic, on-site landscape painter with influences filtered down from the French Impressionists and Fauves. Ken paints with an intensity and bravura that reveals the glory and beauty of even the most mundane scenes. Christensen resides in Los Osos, CA, mixing plein air and studio work. He returns regularly to Santa Fe and Paris, changing locations provides fresh inspiration and he also visits the many wonderful friends that live there.
